How long does a domain
transfer take?
Domain name transfers take up to 3 days. You will need to contact the company that registered your domain name or login to your account with them and change the nameserver information over to us, The nameserver information is below. Only the Admin and the tech contact of your Domain name can move your dns to our servers.

How Do I log into my control panel?
To log on to your control panel, you will need to
access it like this > http://yourdomain.com/menu
Just add a /menu after your domain name.

How Do I check my e-mail using my
browser?
This is just about the same as logging in to the
Control panel. Access your mail like so
http://yourdomain.com/up just add /up after
your domain name.

How long does a new domain
take?
New domain registrations take up to 3 working days. You will know that your
domain name is active by typing your URL (your new domain name) and you see
your site on the internet.

What about refunds?
Refunds are only available within the first 30 days. If you are not happy,
we will give refund under the following terms. No resold accounts were added
to your account and there will be no refunds on new domain names.

How do I order a resold
account?
Go to the reseller
account area and complete the online order form.

How do I get a sub domain?
Sub domains count as resold accounts. You may order them the same way you
order a new resold account. In our reseller area.

How do I get my email to work?

Do you offer pointer sites?
Yes, You get Unlimited Free Pointer sites. If you want a pointer for 20
years the only cost to you is a one time $3.00 set up fee. No more payments
ever, as long as you have an account with us.

Can I pay with my resold
customers card?
NO... and if you do they will know who we are as our information shows up on
their billing statement. If they charge back you and all of your accounts
will be deleted.

Why was my site Suspended?
A suspended site will most of the time be for payment problems. A suspended
site will have a statement asking you to contact your host.

Why was my site deleted?
Spam , Adult , Hacking and Credit card fraud are deleted with no warning.
###NOTE: We also state in our user policies that we can refuse service to
anyone for any reason.

What do I do when my site is
down?
Our techs are paged by our systems when they go down. We know when the sites
go down. Our systems will re boot after 10 mins of down time if they do not
reboot they page us to the machine. Why is my site up and not JavaPie's or
the other way around? Our sites are all on different machines. Each machine
has about 350 sites. If one machine is down then it does not affect others.

What do I do when my email
quits working?
The system is busy , wait a few minutes and try again

Do I have a contract with you?
How long do I have to stay?
contracts are month to month unless you have something different in writing
from us. If you pay by more than one month and we remove your account for so
reason we will prorate and refund your card.

me?
